The following Terms & Conditions govern your use of Hatchables (“we,” “us,” “our”) products and services. By placing an order, accessing our website, or participating in a Hatchables rental program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. For legal guidance specific to your situation, consult a qualified legal professional.

Hatchables provides chick and duck egg hatching rental packages, equipment, educational materials, and support for families, classrooms, and organizations within designated service areas. Each rental includes an incubator, fertilized eggs, a brooder setup, feed, and accessories based on the selected package.

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age

• Provide accurate information during checkout

• Agree to care for the equipment and animals responsibly

• Reside within our delivery service area

Schools, daycares, and organizations must designate an adult supervisor responsible for the rental.

• All orders must be placed through our website at hatchables.ca.

• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices are listed in CAD and may change without notice.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your order is approved.

• Delivery dates selected at checkout are estimates and may vary.

• You are responsible for being available at the scheduled delivery time.

• At the end of your rental period, equipment must be cleaned, packed, and ready for pickup.

• Extra charges may apply for missed pickups, damaged equipment, or excessive cleaning.

• Customers agree to:

• Follow all care instructions provided by Hatchables

• Keep equipment indoors in a safe, stable-temperature environment

• Supervise children interacting with the equipment or animals

• Use the equipment only as intended

• Ensure animals are treated humanely and responsibly

• Failure to follow instructions may affect hatch success.

• All equipment is the property of Hatchables.

• Customers are responsible for:

• Preventing damage (cracked incubators, broken parts, water damage, etc.)

• Keeping equipment clean and free of debris

• Returning all components provided

• Replacement or repair fees may be charged for lost or damaged items.

• While we provide high-quality equipment and fertilized eggs, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Temperature fluctuations

• Mishandling

• Environmental issues

• Power outages

• Hatchables is not liable for unsuccessful hatches.

• All animals must be treated with care and respect. If you have concerns about animal welfare, contact us immediately.

• While we provide high-quality equipment and fertilized eggs, hatch rates cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond our control, including:

• Temperature fluctuations

• Mishandling

• Environmental issues

• Power outages

• Hatchables is not liable for unsuccessful hatches.

• All animals must be treated with care and respect. If you have concerns about animal welfare, contact us immediately.

• Cancellations made 14 days or more before the delivery date may be eligible for a refund.

• Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable due to scheduling and preparation.

• Once equipment is delivered, no refunds will be issued.

• Refunds for damaged or missing items will be assessed case-by-case.

• To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Hatchables is not liable for injury, illness, damages, property loss, or other issues arising from the use of our equipment or animals.

• Participation in the program is at the customer’s own risk.

• Customers assume all responsibility for supervising children and animals.

• Hatchables reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
