Hatchables prepares each rental kit specifically for your reserved dates, which includes scheduling delivery, preparing equipment, and setting fertilized eggs. For this reason, our products are non refundable. 

If the customer is unavailable during the scheduled delivery or pickup window:

• No refunds will be issued

• Additional fees may apply for rescheduling or repeated attempts

Hatchables provides high-quality equipment and fertilized eggs; however, hatch success cannot be guaranteed due to factors outside our control, including:

• Temperature fluctuations

• Mishandling

• Environmental conditions

• Power outages

• Premature opening of the incubator

• Natural egg development variations

Refunds will not be issued based on hatch results.
