Chick hatching process typically takes about 21 days from the time the eggs are placed in the incubator. And 28 days for ducks. Educators and students can expect to see the chicks/ducks to begin to pip and hatch around this time, offering a fascinating opportunity to observe the lifecycle of chicks/ducklings.

The Chick Hatching Kit rental is for 31 days and the Duck Hatching Kit is for 38 days. That includes setup, incubation, hatching, and approximately 10 days of caring for the chicks/ducklings before return or rehoming.
